Every Visibility add-on explained simply: what it unlocks, how it consumes your credits, and when to buy it.

Add-on +5 clients: €5/mo

What it's for
Adds 5 client slots to your account, useful when your agency exceeds the client limit included in its plan.
What it unlocks
5 extra client slots, stackable.
How it's consumed
No consumption of its own. Scans for the added clients consume the account's available AI Check Credits and/or AI Search Credits.
What it does not unlock
Grants no extra AI Check Credits or AI Search Credits, and no extra prompts.
Concrete example
A Starter agency (5 clients) can track 10 clients with this add-on, while watching its credits, shared across all clients.
When to buy it
When you want to track more clients than your plan allows.
When the quota runs out
Not directly related: if your credits run out, scans are blocked until renewal or credit purchase, regardless of the number of clients.

Add-on +100 active prompts: €20/mo

What it's for
Adds 100 active prompts to track more queries, markets, services, cities or competitors.
What it unlocks
100 extra active prompts, in a pool shared across your clients.
How it's consumed
More prompts = more analyses during scans, so potentially faster credit consumption.
What it does not unlock
Grants no extra credits (neither AI Check nor AI Search).
Concrete example
If you add 100 prompts and run scans across several engines, your AI Check Credits are consumed faster.
When to buy it
When you reach your plan's active-prompt limit.
When the quota runs out
Scans stop when the required credits are missing; add credits or reduce prompts/engines.

Add-on API access: €80/mo

What it's for
Unlocks REST API access to connect AI TrackScore to an internal dashboard, Looker Studio, a CRM, a BI tool or an automation.
What it unlocks
Access to the REST API, secured, scoped, audited and rate-limited.
How it's consumed
API calls read data already generated by your scans, they do not trigger new AI analysis and do not consume credits, unless an endpoint is explicitly designed otherwise.
What it does not unlock
Grants no extra AI credits. The API reads existing data.
Concrete example
An agency connects AI TrackScore to Looker Studio to show clients' AI visibility in its dashboards.
When to buy it
When you want to use your data outside the AI TrackScore interface.
When the quota runs out
Not applicable: the API does not consume credits. It remains rate-limited to protect the platform.

Add-on Daily Light 5 clients: €49/mo

What it's for
Unlocks Daily Light for 5 clients: more frequent tracking than a standard weekly scan.
What it unlocks
Daily Light tracking for 5 clients of your choice.
How it's consumed
No free credits. Each Daily Light scan consumes AI Check Credits and/or AI Search Credits depending on the engines and surfaces run.
What it does not unlock
Grants no credits. It does not replace your quotas, it uses them.
Concrete example
An agency enables Daily Light on its 5 most important clients, making sure it has enough credits for the daily cadence.
When to buy it
When some clients need daily rather than weekly tracking.
When the quota runs out
If the account no longer has enough credits, Daily Light scans are blocked, postponed or flagged with a clear quota error.

Add-on +2400 AI Check Credits: €29/mo

What it's for
Adds 2,400 AI Check Credits to the monthly quota, for direct AI engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Le Chat, Grok, DeepSeek).
What it unlocks
2,400 extra AI Check Credits per month, stackable.
How it's consumed
These credits are consumed by calls to direct AI engines. By default, 1 direct call = 1 AI Check Credit (cost configurable per provider in admin).
What it does not unlock
Does not apply to AI Search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Copilot), which use AI Search Credits.
Concrete example
If your direct-engine scans are blocked for lack of AI Check Credits, this add-on unlocks more capacity.
When to buy it
When you run more direct scans or track more prompts than your quota allows.
When the quota runs out
When your AI Check Credits are exhausted, direct-engine scans are blocked until renewal or purchase of this add-on.

Add-on +1000 AI Search Credits: €29/mo

What it's for
Adds 1,000 AI Search Credits to the monthly quota, for AI Search surfaces (Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot and future surfaces).
What it unlocks
1,000 extra AI Search Credits per month, stackable.
How it's consumed
These credits are consumed by calls to AI Search surfaces. By default, 1,000 AI Search Credits ≈ 80 surface calls, depending on the cost configuration in admin.
What it does not unlock
Does not apply to direct AI engines, which use AI Check Credits.
Concrete example
If you monitor Google AI Overviews or Copilot heavily, this add-on avoids blocking your AI Search scans.
When to buy it
When you want to track Google/Copilot surfaces beyond your included AI Search Credits.
When the quota runs out
When your AI Search Credits are exhausted, AI Search surface scans are blocked; direct engines remain available via AI Check Credits.

Add-on +1 user: €10/mo

What it's for
Adds one extra user seat to invite a colleague, an account manager, a consultant or a team member.
What it unlocks
1 extra user seat on the account.
How it's consumed
No credit consumption.
What it does not unlock
Grants no extra credits, and no extra client. Permissions remain governed by existing roles.
Concrete example
An agency adds a consultant to its workspace without changing plan.
When to buy it
When you want to add a team member beyond the seats included in your plan.
When the quota runs out
Not applicable: a seat does not consume credits.

Included credits and actual consumption may vary depending on your plan, the engines and surfaces enabled, and the per-provider costs configured in administration.
